| Ans. | Sorry, the answer is NO. While we hope not to have any members who are dissatisfied and rest assured we will do everything in our power to address any concerns, Success Patrol Members need to understand that the downloadable nature of the products made available, and other aspects such as the creation of a Blog, purchase of a domain, and assignment of a hosting account for their use, it would be impossible to have refunds. This is what the membership fees are based on. However, with the incredible value offered through the products and services made available to the members, and with new products and services constantly being added, we remain confident that our members will realize the true value of Success Patrol. |

| Q. | Can I cancel my subscription / membership at any time? |
|
| Ans. | Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. However please bear in mind, that upon cancellation you will be immediately downgraded to “Agent” status, and you will only be able to access the free areas of the site. Your hosting account and Blog will remain accessible to you until the end of your billing period, after which time you will lose those benefits as well. It is advisable therefore to plan ahead and ensure all your personal records are backed up. You will be provided a grace period of 1 billing cycle to reconsider your cancellation, after which time you will lose all chances of accessing any information contained in your account. |

| Q. | Is the membership fee a "one-time" or a monthly fee? |

| Ans. | Your membership in Success Patrol is a recurring monthly fee and we will bill one month from the signup date and every subsequent month thereafter at the same rate (until such time as you decide to cancel your subscription / membership). If payment fails for any reason, your access will be restricted to the Agent level until such time as arrears are cleared up. If you fail to clear arrears in that month your account will be considered cancelled and the ensuing month will be considered your grace period. |

| Q. | Will my membership fee ever increase? |

| Ans. | No. Your membership fee is "locked in" at the price you originally joined for and your subscription will never increase for as long as you remain a paid member. Success Patrol may however decide to increase fees for members joining in the future, but all memberships before that date will remain unaffected. |

| Q. | Will I still be able to access your services after my grace period has ended? |

| Ans. | No. All access will automatically cease when your grace period ends. You will not be permitted access to any of our services and hosting will also be cancelled. This is in fairness to all those who continue to pay their monthly subscription. |

| Ans. | You can simply login to your Paypal account, locate the subscription and cancel it yourself. Alternatively you can log a support ticket and we can do this for you from our end. |

| Ans. | .The one time fee is a normal procedure when a new account is set up. It covers the creation of your Hosting account and the install of your Blog . |
